Career Steps have been providing training and development solutions to national and international organisations since 1998. Our highly experience and well—qualified team deliver tailor—made programmes, individual to your requirements, in a lively interactive style to make learning fun.

Career Steps have been awarded ESF funding for the Food & Drink Sector for Merseyside. This contract, running for 10 months only, can give Food Manufacturing companies within the Merseyside area access to a grant of 60% towards the training and development costs for their employees.

Our NVQ Division

Through our funding contract with the Learning & Skills Council, Career Steps provide FREE training and qualifications for employees. The qualifications offered are:
